This is the full cost, it isn't per person. Part weeks or long weekends can be accomodated too, and any part weeks will be charged for "pro-rata". Any visits of less than 7 mights do attract an $85 cleaning charge, but stays of more than 7 days do not. Pool heating is an additional £70 ($120) per week (please enquire when making your booking).
Your stay here can begin on any day of the week (many letting agents insist on saturday to Saturday bookings only) and Villa Hire includes all towels, bedding, and a fully equiped kitchen.

(a) All bookings must be made using the booking form and are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Provisional Bookings are best made by telephone (01526 320226) to ensure that the villa is available for the dates required. A provisional booking will be held for 7 days.
(b) There is a non-refundable booking deposit of £100 per week.
(c) A provisional booking will not constitute a firm reservation until we have received the completed booking form and deposit, and confirmed your booking in writing.
(a) Full payment is due 8 weeks before your arrival date.
(b) Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival date must be paid in full.
To ensure that the villa is ready for you, the rental normally begins at 5:00pm (local time) on the arrival date and ends at 10.00am (local time) on the departure date.
